Juliana is dedicated to creating a safe space for individuals to explore their life stories and embark on a transformative healing journey. She understands the courage it takes to open up and the profound impact it can have on one's life.

Originally from Brazil, she brings a multicultural perspective to her practice and is fluent in Portuguese and English. With two years of experience as a clinical psychologist in Brazil and completing the BREM course in Canada, she is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Her transition to a new country has endowed her with a unique ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Her therapeutic approach delves into exploring unconscious thoughts and emotions that may influence our lives, drawing on the belief that early life experiences shape our personalities and relationships. She employs various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic framework with an attachment-based lens. She strongly believes in tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual's unique needs and expectations.

Specializing in identity and relationship issues, complex trauma, addiction, impulse control, emotional regulation, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, she is committed to providing a holistic and personalized therapeutic experience.
