Elaine Ward, is a psychometrist with over three decades of experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, providing testing services to psychologists, hospitals, and rehabilitation centres across Ontario since 1993.

Elaine's expertise spans the administration and scoring of a wide range of cognitive, intellectual, achievement, memory, and personality measures, including the Halstead-Reitan Neuropsychological Test Battery and the Wechsler Scales. Their work has supported assessments for rehabilitation, medico-legal and insurance contexts, and private referrals, as well as oncology and cardiac follow-up testing in hospital settings. Elaine has also contributed to research studies with cardiac patients and has assisted in training graduate students entering the field.

Elaine holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Exceptionality in Human Learning, along with a graduate Diploma in Child Study from the University of Toronto's Assessment and Counselling program, a two-year specialization in neuropsychological assessment with adults and children. Ms. Ward is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and maintains an ongoing commitment to professional development, with recent training in areas including trauma-informed care, the neuroscience of stress and anxiety, and complex presentations of ADHD, learning disabilities, and autism.
