Therapeutic Modalities We Offer and Specialize In

We practise integrative therapy — meaning no two treatment plans are the same. Rather than applying a single method to every person, we draw on a deep and diverse clinical toolkit, combining approaches in the proportions that best fit each individual or couple. Your history, your goals, your pace, and the particular challenges you bring to the room all shape how we work with you. The result is a treatment that is wholly oriented around you — not a protocol you are fitted into.

The modalities below form the foundation of our practice. Your clinician will weave together whichever of these frameworks — and in what combination — is most clinically appropriate and genuinely helpful for you.
